why would someone sell Nikkei225 CFD and Nikkei225 Future at the same time..? Practically the same thing no???

I'm not an expert here as I don't trades these, but in the absence of anyone else giving you an answer I'll throw my wisdom (guess) at you.
Yes, these are very similar in what they do.
With futures you have an expiry date and when the transaction completes so there is a delayed settlement, but with a CFD the transaction is immediate. So with CFD you would be paying/receiving interest. Not so with future, although adjustments based on price can be made to your account.
My guess is he's paying for half of front with CFD (and receiving interest) and the other 1/2 later (with futures) and he's hoping to receive adjustment at the same time.
