I just purchased the product yesterday and spent all day trying to get the Crosshairs to work. For a "Chart Sync" product, the basic foundational function
I thought would to ensure the Crosshair function worked/sync across all charts. Can you please help me to get this working... I'm assuming it does work
as part of the Chart Sync Professional Tool. Can you please help me with this?

Hi, Chart Sync does not sync crosshair yet. The description and all the tutorial materials, including the video, display all the features this indicator has. Crosshair sync is a feature in progress though. When this release will be made, I will let you know. Thanks.

Wow... I blame myself for assuming the crosshair function, would be available with the Chart Sync Tool. I don't think I'm far off in thinking such a function should be available in a Chart Sync tool, by default... after all crosshairs is the most common function used across charts.
In any case, can I get a refund? I just purchased this 2 days ago, and I admit my error in assuming this feature as part of this tool.
It is a nice tool, with all the other features provided, but not what I need. Appreciate it.

I have an indicator that I purchased from the MQL5 community that I value over all. The many things this indicator does, it gives me the different time zones for the sessions on the left-hand side of the chart. Well the Chart Sync MT5 box sits over the the information that my valued indicator gives me. Secondly, it freezes my charts, it is so frigging slow to draw out what I have done so on the original, to copy on the other charts. Therefore, it is useless!
I'd like my money back please. This indicator does not meet my needs.

Hi. First, you can alter the position of the logo by changing the default settings in the UI section, at the bottom of the settings list. You can adjust the corner and margins. Second, what is the indicator you are using alongside Chart Sync? I would like to test and fix immediatly if that's the case. By itself Chart Sync has no reasons to freeze any chart, but maybe your setup has something specific. Thanks

Thank you Dragos for replying to me. The first part I thought it would be a simple adjustment on the settings of your tool. Because I was in a flap as the indicator was so slow and freezing my charts, I couldn't see the tress for the forest lolz.
The indicator that I use and prevents your Chart Sync MT5 from running smoothly alongside the charts is: Easy ICT Price Action for MT5. I have only 3 charts (M1, M5,H1) in my window pane that I have that I attached your Chart Sync MT5 on. I'll draw a line for example on one chart (I have your tool on all 3 charts btw) and it will take ages if at all, to reproduce the lines on the other chart. When I go to switch the time frames manually (I did that on purpose to see if it was working correctly) my charts freeze, or there is an empty black space where the chart was. Remove your tool from the charts, and its back to normal :)
Look forward to working with you on this. I didn't see anything that would hold up the tool and purchased it on blind faith that it would work. Any other tools that I have purchased from the MQL5 community, has been a breeze. Didn't expect for it not to work, then when it didn't, I reached out immediately and ask for my money back. By rights, it should work along side my preferred indicator that I use.
