Compre el producto el día 17 de Septiembre del 2022, este mismo día me dedique a hacer los ajustes necesarios para dejarlo listo para el arranque de mercado del día 19 de Septiembre, aquí inicia el primer punto negativo del servicio, los manuales son muy básicos y generales con respecto a los otros productos que ofrece el autor, no tiene en realidad un manual exclusivo para el sistema de arbitrage MT4. . Pasadas las primeras 24 horas con el sistema ajustado acorde al manual que se indica, no pude conseguir que metiera ni una sola operación de forma automática con el sistema arbitrage MT4, a lo que decidí ponerme en contacto con el autor mediante su página web (https://www.pointzero-trading.com/es/Contact), y obtuve un respuesta del correo support@pztradingltd.freshdesk.com solo diciendo que lo único que tenia que hacer es cargar el sistema con 2 brokers diferentes y los ajustes que ya había realizado anteriormente, volví a responder ese correo y mandado capturas de pantalla como evidencia que ya había hecho eso y después no obtuve respuesta de ese correo. . Continúe haciendo pruebas con diferentes brokers para tratar de encontrar la combinación correcta para su funcionamiento, los cuales fueron con los Brokers JustForex, BlueBerry, FBS, FxChoice, ICMarkets, Moneta, Pepperstone, TTCM, Forex Chief y XM probando con 2 VPS distintos y 3 PC locales diferentes sin poder en ningún momento colocar ni una sola operación en automático. . El día Miércoles 21 de Septiembre vuelvo a intentar comunicarme con el Autor, enviando mensajes por correo electrónico a dos correos diferentes de los cuales nunca tuve respuesta, envié mensajes inbox por la plataforma de MQL5, hice un comentario en su página de Facebook y por último volví a enviar otro mensaje por medio de su página web, y solo por este último medio me volvió a responder con una simple sugerencia que termino por no servir de nada, en el cual, me mostraba la forma en la que debía de estar configurado el sistema con 2 brokers diferentes, que cabe señalar, era exactamente la misma configuración que yo tenía en todas mis pruebas, más sin embargo, utilice los 2 brokers que vi el estaba usando, uno era GlobalPrime y otro era Darwinex, este mismo día apertura cuentas demo con estos brokers, ajuste en una VPS y en una PC local y durante 48 horas no volvió a colocar ni una sola operación!. . Por último, después de ver que el sistema no funciona, quise solicitar devolución de mi dinero, en el cuál, PZ Trading dice desde su página web que ellos reembolsan el dinero si no se está conforme con el producto, pero que si lo compras desde la plataforma de MQL5 ellos no se hacen responsables, pero es curioso por qué NO existe forma de comprar el sistema desde la página web de PZ Trading, toda compra se hace por medio de MQL5 porque en automático la página web de PZ Trading te direcciona para comprar en MQL5. . En resumen, NO COMPREN ESTE PRODUCTO, no pierdan tiempo ni dinero en un producto que NO FUNCIONA ni en un servicio tan malo como lo es la atención de PZ Trding que no se toman el tiempo necesario para atender a sus clientes.
