Where can I find full, detailed, complete installation instructions?

When I load it onto a chart, I get the following error:

MT5 to Telegram bot (EURJPY,H1) Error getting updates: HTTP code = 404
MT5 to Telegram bot (EURJPY,H1) Server response: {"ok":false,"error_code":404,"description":"Not Found"}

What are the steps to fix this?
