It's just missing to set daily TP/SL in money not just in percentage because many propfirms enforce a fixed amount in USD based on the initial funding, so the same 5% setting, after the balance increases would breach the threshold, off course a workaround is to set some buffer but still is more precise when the amount is set in currency than percentage

Also I tested it and the open positions and pending orders from different instruments remained all open with a single line of invalid price in the log, it just closed all of the charts

Add Risk Control by currency, possible to use either the percentage-based limits, the money-based limits, or both simultaneously.
Set any limit to 0 (zero) to disable it. Use only positive numbers.
For your other question : If you set "Remove all charts" to :yes", it should close the position firsts and then close the charts. If it does not do this send me the logfile from the expert in mt4.
