Neural Network developer Needed to modify EA

Looking for a neural network developer to modify my EA:

1. looking to add extra features (learning models) to the original out of the box solution so might modify/create extra libraries to meet my goals.

2. Need Auto optimization integration to find the optimum balance between neuron learning and optimizing.

3. couple of small add-ons in EA like alerts and push notification for signal + panel in chart
