Draw Lines on chart using values from Excel

Hi,

I need an EA, that can read values from excel file and Draw lines on Chart. 

No calculations. No complications. Just read the date and corresponding values from the excel.

Draw that values as Lines on the chart. 

The excel will be updated manually in a fixed format, in the specified path.
