Firstly thanks to all developers that will decide to responde and offer help.Secondly just as title saying this is not some usual job offer.From my point of view it sound simple but it may easily turn out to be very very  challenging  or even imposible to do.One thing for sure ,after intense search on internet  ,i am quite sure nobody try to do anything like this.Maybe for a good reason or because it is simply  not possible.However i seen developing much much complex ideas that do involve something similar in a basic concept .What i firstly ask is your feedback of feasibility  and only than we may do something about it.I am also sure to need very experienced developer to give this idea a try .Thanks  in advance.
