Modifying an existing EA that open positions get automatically closed after x hours plus protection against unauthorized use

I would like to modify my existing EA by adding the following:

1. Should positions be opened for more than X hours they are automatically closed

2. Integrate a protection against unauthorized use by binding the expert to a certain account number
