Breakout strategy based price movement

strategy is base on price movement on a given time. if the price move to a specific pips from the starting time, the ea will open trade in the direction of the movement. for example. the price moves up, the ea will open buy order, if the price moves down, the ea will open sell order. the rule is that the price should move specific pips from starting time on a given period. for example, the price should move 20 pips in 10 seconds. the starting price should be calculated from last 10 seconds. the price movement should be calculated per tick. will give you more about placing stop loss and take profit once we agreed on rules.
