I need EA for Pending Order Deletion and with Telegram and Push Notification Functionality (Urgent)

I Need EA that would delete pending orders on Certain Condition.

This EA also should send Telegram and Push Notification on Certain Condition.

This EA has to be integrated in my existing EA with minor modification.
