Ea for Binary Options- Ea para Opciones Binarias

Hello, I wanted to know if I could develop an ea for binary options, the requirements are:
● Type of Graphics: Candles
● Interval: 1 minute
● Bollinger Bands: Period of 6, Deviation 2, Red upper line, Green lower line.
● EMA: 100 Blue (Thick)
● Stochastic: 13,3,3
● CCI: 14,100

For the Sale option:
Ema above the bollinger bands (well separated) Sail drilling the bollinger band up CCI and Estocastico touching the top line (overbought)

For the Purchase option:
Ema below the bollinger bands (well separated) Sail drilling the bollinger band down CCI and Estocastico touching the bottom line (overselling)

Hola que tal, queria saber si me podrian desarrollar un ea para opciones binarias, los requisitos son:
●Tipo de Grafico: Velas
●Intervalo: 1 minuto
●Bandas de Bollinger: Periodo de 6, Desviación 2, Linea superior roja, Linea inferior verde.
●EMA: 100 Azul (Gruesa)
●Estocastico: 13,3,3
●CCI: 14,100

Para la opcion Venta:
Ema arriba de las bandas de bollinger (bien separadas)Vela perforando la banda de bollinger hacia arribaCCI y Estocastico tocando la linea superior (sobrecompra)

Para la opcion Compra:
Ema abajo de las bandas de bollinger (bien separadas)Vela perforando la banda de bollinger hacia abajoCCI y Estocastico tocando la linea inferior (sobreventa)

En el ejemplo, se ve un broker distinto a metatrader, la idea es que se pueda plasmar la estrategia de ese broker a metatrader, con el ea. Es un ejemplo para la opcion Venta. Para la compra es lo mismo pero al reves.
