Need an EA programmer. I have 1 ex.4 indicator and need EA

I need someone who can make Expert Advisor from a ex.4 ( not mq4 ) Indicator. I don`t know what the indicator realy have inside. So the best is only start trades when the Arrows come. ( iCustom Buffer ??? ) i.am not a coder ;-)

The indicator shows blue and red arrow to go long or short. I need it with take profit, stoploss, trailing functions and time funktion. For example, when blue Arrow is showing, go long and make take profit after X Pip and stop loss with X Pip.

Trailing Start X Pip, Max Trailing Steps, Strailing Stop X Pip

Trade Time to open positions for example GTM + 1,   9°° till 17°°

Also it need lot size ( manual lot size, for example 0,01 lot )  or make self lotsize from account ballance ( for example Ballance is 100 USD trade with 0,01 lot, with 150 with 0.02 and so on ).

Martingale with factor ( Yes or No ) when a trade will end with stop loss start next trate with lot site factor X and how often - steps. ( for example  Martingale On, Factor 1.5, Max Steps 10 )

Last thing is, that the EA must have Expire Date, so that i can change it in the mq4 file.

That´s it.
