Implement Auto GMT Detection

Hello,

I have an EA Builder Code (made with an EA Builder). Now I want to implement autogmt. This AUTO gmt should simply detect if the broker is a gmt+1, +2 or +3 broker and therefore use the correct trading start time for each broker.

Thats all. I need it to be done as fast as possible ! Best would be in less than 4 hours from now !
