Risk Text Tips on order modification

When I drag the stoploss line of an existing order, I'd like a Text Tip to popup somewhere in the chart window (near the dragged line or as a messagebox) which shows the actual risk of that order. I mean no complex order tools, just a small text. These Text Tips should ideally be attached to any stoploss line in the chart (they appear/change as soon as a line is modified on that computer). Maybe the texts could be placed on the left side just below the Stoploss lines (where I marked it in the attached picture). An existing text tip is deleted when the corresponding order is filled or cancelled. I need the code source, too. That should be included in the price.
