I want to create a MQL4 Expert advisor

hello i want an expert adviser that do my trades from  an indicator i bought from the market   the condition of the expert 

1- open and order when the  signal   appears on the chart 

2- a multiple time frame to choose from  for the export adviser to open a trades in the market i choose 

3- user name and password protaction  for me look at the black mark above 

4- 3 orders open when the sginal apper in the chart buy or sell  and an box in the option in the expert adivser to wright the lot size i choose for the trades 

5- take profit limit for the three orders condations :

1- take profit at the first for the lost size 1

2-take profit at the secand for the lost size 2

3- take profit at the 3th for the lot size 3

5-for the stop loss -     i want an ture or false option box if----------- ture --------i want to --------stop loss at the next sginal ----- stop loss if-------- false-------- i want to stop loss at a pip vaule
