Need export function for Price and 4 indicators from MT5 to Excel

I need to be able to export historical data from EURUSA chart with 4 indicators data as well.

15 minute chart: Closing Price, + 4 indicators...Williams%R, ADX, ADX Wilder, Ultimate Oscillator

Exported to excel format.

Just need closing price, not range on tick/bar.
