Expert Advisor for export all values from the data window into EXCEL sheet

I placed this order some time before. Unfortunately after several questions from interested developers we have not found a solution. But I have noticed that at the time some questions and details were disclosed, which I added in my current description.

Please answer me only if you have a solution for me, which also runs on my system and the specifications, which I have made.

Here is the current status:

I have rent a pc by a broker in Berlin. I can use this pc and can order so much MT4 and MT% installations on this system as I need and want. The administrator will install the software with my settings and parameters. He also installs my own EA's or indicators if I want it. At the same time I can use (against a rental fee) the existing indicators and Eas developed by the broker. Some of these are very professional and not on the open market. Therefore it is not possible to copy these EA's and indicators and I can´t send the developer (you) the indicators by mail. I have not the administrative rights to copy the indicators on the computer and the codes of the programs are protected.

I use for my calculations only Excel 2010.  In Excel, I can determine whether and when a trade is successful. I calculate using a proprietary risk management and how much is the LotSize and what SL and TP levels were most successful in the past. These calculations and evaluations currently work very well. Unfortunately, I have still some problems importing my indicators and their values ​​directly and without long delays in Excel. But this information is for the actual calculations very important. Therefore I order this job again.

What are the conditions:
1. I see everything that is visible in the data window. So I know the number of the indicator windows, the number of indicators, the number of lines per indicator window, the item names displayed in the data window ​​and I can see the current value of the indicators. This information I possibly can manually type in an EA, if they can be defined and are part of the solution.
2. Currently I have a computer with Windows 7 (German Edition) in the 64 bit version and Office 2010 also in the German version.

3. I use the indicators in MT4 and MT5. The solution should work if possible for both MT versions. But primary it´s more important for me that it works with MT4. MT5 would be relevant only if the costs are not too high. Therefore please give me one offer for MT4 solution and one offer for MT5 solution.

4. Currently I do not use real-time indicators (resp. I don`t need realtime indicators for this solution). This means that the indicator is calculated after each complete candle a new value. The value of the indicator should be fast as possible (best transmitted in real time) exported directly to my excel sheet. A solution with a step in a separate tool is possible.

5. Currently I have an Excel solution where the export functions to excel is working well. So I know there are solutions possible. Unfortunately this current solution doesn´t work with one special custom indicator. But this indicator is very important for my excel calculations. So I'm still looking for an alternative solution which works with this special custom indicator.

We have a lot of time and the budget is limited up to $ 150. I hope that there is a developer with a practicable and usable solution for me. Please give me your offer (time to realize and price) and a short description how you will develop it.
