Seasonal Average software to create for my MetaTrader4

Hello guys,

I need to create a "seasonal average software" that will work on my MetaTrader4. I call it "software" because i dont know what kind of software will be, if will be an Expert Advisor that DONT take any trades but only showing chart, or if it will be a script or something else!

The software basically needs to calculate the average price (from the previuos years of the same period) and plot it on chart.

As external parameters to choose I need to have:

- History Calculation :      (How many previuos years to take into consideration to calculate the Seasonal Average Price)
- Start  Day and Month :    (So to choose which day and month the software has to start its calculations)
- End Day and Month :       (So to choose which day and month the software has to stop its calculations)
- TimeFrame :                   (The Timeframe the software has to make its calculations)
