Delete wait orders

EA will be formed with the name "second EA"

This second EA will work as follows:

When my primary EA launches the first sell or buy trade with the xxx magic number,

then the second EA is activated, the primary EA may be trading several openings 

with the same magic number during trading. If EA ended any open store,

then EA ended (delete) all wait orders - buy / sell limit, buy / sell stop.

If the open order sell - delete only sell limit ended, sell stop.

If buy buy - delete only buy limit is complete, buy stop.

After deleting pending orders, second EA will wait for further stores from the primary EA,

activate with the opening of any position with the given magic number.
