Need an ea created with set stop loss and target parameters , see discription in text, very simple Ea and scripts

I would like an ea that will open trades according to set parameters with in it; the ea will work with individual buy script and a sell script. The scripts will be dragged on the chart at whatever price I drop it at, when price reaches that price; the ea will open up the trade.  The parameters for the ea will be as follows,

·         EA Parameters

·         A parameter to set the lot size.

·         A magic number to be able to use the ea on separate charts of the same pair should not be any conflicts.

·         Parameter for a target and a stop loss.

·         Parameter for breakeven, which will take into account the spread. Should be able to set minimum breakeven pips to 3 pips! Ea should place my stop price with broker when price reaches my breakeven price from entry, Very important  function of the EA.

·         The ea will work with a buy and sell script and will open trades when price reaches that price level. My stop and target should be hidden from the broker.

·         The ea will close the trade when price reaches my target or my stop.

·         The ea will bring my stop to breakeven once price reaches whatever that breakeven parameter is set for. This feature is very important to me.

·         There should be horizontal lines on the chart when the scripts is dragged on the chart, that shows the entry price, stop loss level and target level.

              The lines can manually be moved and set to where ever you want on the chart. So once the                script is dragged on the chart, the stop loss, take profit parameters on the chart will pop up as lines on the chart, which if I choose I can manually move.

·         Chart alert and email alert, for when price has hit my stop loss or my target. Should be able to be set to true or false.

·         Once the ea has opened up the trade, price target or stop loss is hit, it should not open up any other trades until a new script is placed on the chart.

·         Ea should be able to open up a buy and a sell at the same time if a buy script and a sell scripts is placed on the chart at whatever entry price is set.

There should also be a delete script to delete the pending buy script or sell script.

Script parameters

·         Simple Buy script  or sell script that will work by being dragged to the chart and set at price level.

A delete all pending buy scripts or sell script orders placed on the chart.
