The Script/EA that allows writing and drawing on the chart!

Hello everyone, as the title suggests I need:

A Script/EA that allows me to write on a chart all of the text that I want to (without limitation as a "label" of the MT4),
and draw with a simple pen or marker.

All of this will have to the ability to remain "fixed" or "move" together with the move of the chart (like it already do the default label of MT4).
