EA based on previous candles and moving averages

I need an EA for MT5 to open positions based on past candles next to an average pre stipulated, the stop orders and gain are sent in motion simultaneously. The EA should allow the test strategy and all the indicators of the settings and the average distances for opening positions and the stop orders and gain should also be stipulated.
