Need to make a Ea for me

Hello, 

All trader, i need a automate trading system for my own development. this is totally new Ea

I have some requirement too for open trade / close trade. 

so i wanna some qualification guy who can do this job for me, exactly what i want with in deadline. 

this ea based on supper Signal Indicator.

 1  > Ea will open sell position when, just red arrow give signal. sell position must need to open instantly as soon as red arrow open in chart/ give signal.

  VVI : Ea Must  not open sell signal in next candle/bar

2 ) Ea will open buy position when, just green arrow give signal. buy position must need to open instantly as soon as green arrow give signal. 

VVI : Ea not open buy signal in next candle/bar

3 > I can must put ea in stoploss & take profit system. 

4 > buy or sell signal whatever this ea open trade, Ea ea will close auto open trade on profit, no need to hit take profit or wait for tp done. (true/false)

 if false, then ea take only profit or stoploss what i set manually. 

 if true then ea will close open trade in profit. 

5 > if use ECN account then ea will calculate commission + open trade = (if both equal r in profit then ea will close open trade. ) (if i set condition true in 4 section) 

suppose ea open 1 lot buy/sell in system & 1 lot commission = 10$, 

but ea make profit in trade 8$

so we see profit 8$ in chart, but 2$ still loss as commission. 

in this case ea will not close trade, profit must be 10$ COMMISSION + trading profit 

so this ea will also calculate commission + profit too for auto close trade in profit. 

6 > can be use fixed lot system, what i set manually

7 > can be use auto lot system (true/false, if false then fixed lot system will be continue by default.)

8 > make sure i can use this ea any pair any time-frame

9 > for broker lot max increase, ea will continue looping max lot. its happened on auto lot system only 

10 > comment need to add 

11 > display need add. 

12 > indicator & ea script must be a single script.

I need exactly what i want, if u can not  do this exactly pls do not bid.
