I Need An EA Based On My Trading Strategy

I need a strategy of mine which is based on some custom indicators converted into an EA.

This EA will work only on the 5 minutes time frame.  

The requirements for this EA is as posted below. The necessary indicators + templates will be attached upon agreement with the job specifications and requirements.

ENTRY (BUY SCENARIOS):

• Type 1:
• Ensure ForexFreedom Bars = All SteelBlue / All SteelBlue (with the exception of either M5, M15 or M30)
• SSRC crosses above 0.9
• TrendColor = SteelBlue/ White
• If TrendColor = Crimson
• Ensure #15menit-Indikaor-3 dots price below(Lime)
• Ensure #15menit-Indikaor-3 is not dotting price  above(Yellow)

• Type 2:

• Ensure ForexFreedom Bars = All SteelBlue / All SteelBlue (with the exception of either M5, M15 or M30)
• Ensure SSRC has deeped into -0.9 and risen above -0.75 but still below 0
• TrendColor = SteelBlue/ White
• If TrendColor = Crimson
• Ensure #15menit-Indikaor-3 dots price below(Lime)
• Ensure #15menit-Indikaor-3 is not dotting price  below(Lime)

ENTRY (SELL SCENARIOS): 

• Type 1:
• Ensure ForexFreedom Bars = All Crimson / All Crimson (with the exception of either M5, M15 or M30)
• SSRC crosses below -0.9
• TrendColor = Crimson/White
• If TrendColor = SteelBlue
• Ensure #15menit-Indikaor-3 dots price above(Yellow)
• Ensure #15menit-Indikaor-3 is not dotting price below(Lime)

• Type 2:
• Ensure ForexFreedom Bars = All Crimson /All Crimson (with the exception of either M5, M15 or M30)
• Ensure SSRC has deeped into 0.9 and fallen below 0.75 but still above 0
• TrendColor = Crimson/ White
• If TrendColor = SteelBlue
• Ensure #15menit-Indikaor-3 dots price above(Yellow)
• Ensure #15menit-Indikaor-3 is not dotting price  above(Yellow)

EXIT: Auto Exit

• Buy Exit occurs after price closes on/ crosses below SSRC 0.9 after entry
• Sell Exit occurs after price closes on/ crosses above SSRC -0.9 after entry

STOP LOSS:

• Is based on 2x ATR % value
• If Stop cannot be achieved, then a 10 pips stop is used as default (changeable in EA settings)

TRAILING STOP (BUY SCENARIO):

• Is established with three steps/dot ahead
• If trail stop indicator (chandelier stop) is not located, use 5 pips to trail price until trail stop is spotted

Adjustable EA Settings:

• All indicator parameters must be adjustable
• Maximum allowed spread = 5
• Maximum allowed slippage = 5
• Lot size used should be adjusted based on stop loss value (disabled when using risk %)
• Ability to trade at a particular time of the day, day of the week or month of the year
• Only open one position during a trade run
• If after opening a position, the stop loss is hit. Do not open another position during that particular trade run until the trend changes

The codenecessary must be clean & very efficient also it must be well commented

Note:This job will be a long term development as there will be subsequent upgrades thus i require a programmer who will carry me along in the development of this EA.

The developer should be willing to communicate along the development stages this is to ensure that the ideas or program methodology is designed as intended.
