Simple Pattern Scanner

Hi, I need a piece of software for MT4 ou MT5 that can scan across all available symbols.

INPUT: Timeframe (M1, M5, M15, ..., D, W, M)

OUTPUT: Tell me which symbols has the pattern of the attached image. 

The pattern consists only in a triangle/funnel with 3 lower highs and 3 higher lows, or vice-versa. I need to know when the last points are formed.

The  last points can be hard to detect, but if I can have a form to detect at least the 4 first points, would be great.

Is this possible?
