Simple EA for MT4

Hi

I need someone to program an EA for me based on an indicator signal. I am planning on running this on 4h charts, but it may possibly work well in other time frames.

The indicator basically only gives 4 signals - UpSignal, UpTrendEnv, DnSignal + DnTrendEnv

Here is what I want.

When indicator shows UpSignal or UpTrendEnv on the CLOSE of the current candle, I want the following: 

Action: Close any open Short position At Market then open Long position At Market on open of next candle

When indicator shows DnSignal or DnTrendEnv on the CLOSE of the current candle, I want the following:  

Action: Close any Long position At Market, open Short position At Market on open of next candle

That's it. 

This system will be in a trade at all times, so when a Long position is held and the Short signal comes up, the Long position will be closed at market on the open of the next Candle and a Short position will be opened. The reverse when in a Short position. 

I'd like to be able to select Lot Size or Risk % as well a Stop should I want. It will need to work with a 5 digit broker as well.

The indicator is one that repaints, so the signals come and go until the close of the current candle. I want to make sure the signal is present on on the close of the current candle. 

If this makes sense to anyone and they can give me a price, that would be terrific. I can attach the indicator once we settle on a price and time.
