Dear Programmer

I currently have an arbitrage EA that is working by comapring MT4 to MT4 prices of brokers. I need my EA to connect to an exchange for faster price updates. It seems that broker to broker comparison does not give enough gap in terms of time and prices between the brokers. I need my EA to connect straight to an exhange and ignore the whole MT4 architecture so that the exchange acts as the master. I don't have an exhange in mind, I would hope that the coder has done this before and knows the exchange that can serve quick qoutes ahead of any MT4 broker. The EA is already coded andI  like how it operates, the only thing to do is to connect it to the right exchange and let it trade. So there is nothing else to do on the EA  in terms of making trading decisions. Let me know how you can help in this project. I have a budget of $100-200 for you to connect my EA properly, if you can do a decent job. The important thing is that the speed of the EA should not be compromised and the way/speed it recives the prices from the exchnage should be the most fastest.  Let us discuss the project and see we work together satisfactorily.
