Want an EA need to be coded for the trend line break through

i Want an ea need to be coded for the trend lines breakthrough for which the indicators shall be provided with following data

EA should open the positions after the break through ( i.e After break through + 5 pips) and should be able to modify the buy limit or sell stop according to trend line,

Sl should be placed by using fractal indicator 

and option should be given open of option @ next opening of the candle and options should be given as follows

1. Lot size : Auto/manual

2. if manual:

3. Money management :yes/ no

4. trailing Stop
