Recognise call command and auto enter trades in MT4

It is hard to have manual entry in MT4. IF there is any programs that can recognise some words and make auto entry?

Example if I make a call to buy EURUSD @ 1.10, TP1.1 and SL 1.09, and paste it to somewhere else. The system recognises some command and make auto entry?
