Fully automated trading robot for MT4 or MT5 or Ninjatrader of Tradestation

I’m looking to purchase a fully automated trading strategy for either  ninjatrader, MT4/5 or Tradestation (doesn't matter what instruments it trades on) that shows back test results (preferably tick data) since year 2,000 with minimum 100% per year return and with maximum 20% draw down in any year.  No martingale (meaning no lot increase after a losing trade).
