I need an experienced MQL5 developer for a two-step MT5 project.

STEP 1 — Data Module

Create a standalone .mqh data-acquisition module with a 10,000-tick buffer.

Requirements:

• Use CopyTicks().
• Do not assume OnTick() = one tick.
• Recover ticks between processing cycles.
• Do not use time_msc as a unique tick identifier.
• Process ticks sequentially.
• Use an efficient ring/circular buffer.
• Provide reliable access to the stored 10,000 ticks.
• The module is data acquisition only.
• No trading logic in this module.

STEP 2 — Expert Advisor

Create an MT5 Expert Advisor using the data module.

The EA will implement a volatility straddle:

• Use volatility from the previous 4 completed candles as the reference.
• Analyze the current candle from its open.
• Detect an unusually large volatility expansion.
• Determine the expansion direction.
• After the defined retracement condition, place the appropriate pending order(s).
• The exact trading rules will be provided for the EA implementation.
