MT4 EA Development — US30 Breakout Scalping Prototype

I am looking for an experienced MQL4 developer to create a FIRST PROTOTYPE of a US30 breakout scalping EA for MetaTrader 4.

The strategy is based on:

• breakout momentum trading

• pending stop orders

• fast execution during NY market open

Observed behavior:

1. Market:

• US30 / Dow Jones

2. Trading session:

• approximately 15:00 to 17:00 Spain time (NY open volatility)

3. Entry logic:

• place Buy Stop above current price

• place Sell Stop below current price

• when one order activates, cancel the opposite pending order

4. Position management:

• usually only one active position at a time

• very small stop loss

• fast trade management

• possible trailing stop or break-even logic

5. Expected prototype features:

• configurable Buy Stop / Sell Stop distance

• configurable stop loss

• configurable take profit

• configurable trading hours

• optional trailing stop

• optional break-even

• maximum 1 active trade

• automatic opposite order cancellation

IMPORTANT:
At this stage I am NOT looking for a “holy grail” or unrealistic promises.

I want:

• clean code

• stable execution

• professional architecture

• optimization-ready structure

Experience with:

• US30

• scalping EAs

• low latency execution

• breakout systems
  is highly preferred.
