### **Project Overview**
I am seeking an expert quantitative developer to build a fully automated trading bot for **Forex pairs .The bot will execute a strategy based on **Smart Money Concepts (SMC)** and **Institutional Order Flow**. The bot must be optimized for the environment, specifically utilizing the **MetaTrader 5 (MT5)** platform or a custom **Python API** integration.
### **Core Logic Requirements**
The developer must be able to programmatically identify:
1. **Market Structure:** Automated detection of BOS (Break of Structure) and CHoCH (Change of Character) across Multiple Timeframes (HTF 4H/Daily filter for LTF 5m/15m entries).
2. **Point of Interest (POI):** Identification of **Order Blocks**, **Breaker Blocks**, and **Fair Value Gaps (FVG)**.
3. **Liquidity Logic:** The bot must detect "Inducement" (internal liquidity sweeps) before entering a POI to avoid retail traps.
4. **Correlation Filter:** Integration of a **DXY (US Dollar Index)** check for Forex Major pairs.
### **Operational Features**
* **Mt5 Optimization:** Must include a dynamic **Spread Filter** and handle Market Execution via Mt5.
* **Risk Management:**
* Dynamic Position Sizing (Fixed % risk per trade).
* Hard Daily Drawdown Limit (Kill-switch at -3%).
* Automated Break-Even (BE) and Partial Take-Profits (50% at 1:2 RR).

### **Developer Requirements**
