Project Description
I am looking for an experienced MT5 (MQL5) developer to create a clean, stable and professional Algo Trading EA for my company and future clients.
This is a long-term business project, not a one-time personal EA.

1. Strategy Requirements
- Only 1 single trading strategy
- No martingale
- No grid
- No lot multiplier
- Clean and rule-based trade execution

2. Trading Modes
- Fully Auto Trading mode
- Manual Trading Panel (Owner Control):
- Buy button
- Sell button
- Close all trades
- Close profit trades
- Close loss trades
- Owner must be able to manually place trades directly from EA panel
- Manual trades should be visible and manageable inside the EA
- Option to enable / disable auto trading anytime

3. Risk Management
- Fixed lot option
- Risk percentage option
- Stop Loss & Take Profit
- Daily profit limit
- Daily loss limit
- Drawdown protection
- Equity protection

4. License System (Very Important)
- Built-in license system
- Admin access only with me
- Ability to:
- Add client
- Remove client
- Set expiry date (days / months)
- Reset license
- License must be bound with:
- Account number OR Hardware ID
- Client must not be able to modify license or expiry

5. Ownership & Rights
- Full ownership belongs to me
- Complete source code (.mq5) must be provided
- Developer must not resell, reuse, or redistribute this EA
- No external server dependency after final delivery

6. Platform
- MT5 only
- VPS compatible
- Works on standard Forex brokers

7. Demo & Payment Terms (Mandatory)
- A working demo or prototype EA must be provided before escrow/payment
- Demo is strictly for logic and behavior verification on demo account
- After demo approval, payment will be released through MQL5 escrow

8. Budget & Timeline
- Budget: 650 USD
- Delivery timeline: To be discussed after demo approval
