Hello, I want a custom MT5 expert advisor that works as a hard daily loss limit lock.

Here are my exact requirements:

1. Daily Loss Limit Value:

   • Fixed limit: $7,000 (or adjustable).

   • Based on realized losses .

   • If equity drops by this amount → trigger immediately.

2. Actions After Loss Limit Hit (VERY IMPORTANT):

   • Close all open trades instantly.

   • Close all pending orders.

   • BLOCK ALL NEW TRADES including:

     • manual trades

     • EA trades

     • scripts

     • one-click trading

   • If I try to place any new trade, it should be instantly rejected or auto-closed.

3. Lockout Duration:

   • Lock trading until next broker server day reset 

   • Option to manually set custom reset time.

4. Security Requirements:

   • Lockout must continue even if MT5 is restarted.

   • EA must not allow trading unless the new day starts.

   • EA should not be bypassed by disabling AutoTrading.

   • If AutoTrading is off, EA should still close any trade opened manually and trigger lock.

5. Compatibility:

   • Works on exness MT5.

   • Works on all symbols, especially XAUUSD.

   • Should function even if attached to just ONE chart.

6. Alerts (Optional):

   • Pop-up alert when limit is hit

   • Email notification option

7. Inputs (Customizable):

   • Daily loss limit value (default = $7,000)

   • Reset time

   • Disable trading: on , i need a hard lock

   • Close all trades when opened again after the loss limit

   • Include open positions in calculation: no

Please let me know the cost and delivery time.
I only need ONE function: Once I hit $7,000 daily loss, I should not be able to trade again that day.
