HYBRID HIGH-PROBABILITY GOLD BOT – FULL SPECIFICATION (MT4/MT5)
1. Timeframes & Trading Sessions
Execution Timeframe: 1m chart (entries and candle confirmation).
Micro-Structure Confirmation: 5m chart (retracements & minor structure).
Higher Timeframe Trend & Reversal Context: 15m, 1h, and 4h charts.
Sessions: Trades 24/5 (Asian, London, New York) unless manually disabled.
Hybrid Functionality: Bot can switch between trend-following trades and reversal trades based on RSI and trendline conditions.
2. RSI Requirements (MULTI-TIMEFRAME CONFLUENCE)
RSI Settings: Period 14, Applied to Close.
A trade is ONLY valid if ALL RSI conditions align across these timeframes:
For Reversal Trades (Catching Big Reversals)
15m RSI:
Must be at or below 30 for longs, or at or above 70 for shorts.
OR must show a clear bounce back from those levels.
1h RSI:
Same rules as 15m; must confirm the reversal bias.
Example: Longs require 1h RSI <30 or bouncing up; shorts require >70 or bouncing down.
4h RSI:
Must show extreme conditions: below 30 for long reversals or above 70 for shorts.
A bounce away from these extremes is also valid.
1m & 5m RSI:
Must be retracing away from 30 or 70 and turning toward 50 (showing reversal momentum).
For Trend-Following Trades (Riding Strong Breakouts or Trends)
15m & 1h RSI: Must be trending toward 50–70 (bullish) or 50–30 (bearish), with no reversal signals.
4h RSI: Should confirm a clear trend direction, staying in the trend zone (40–70 bullish or 60–30 bearish).
1m & 5m RSI: Must show pullbacks in the direction of the main trend.
If any RSI timeframe disagrees, no trade is taken.
3. Candlestick Confirmation (1m CHART ONLY)
Trades execute ONLY after all RSI and structure conditions align.
Wick Rejection at Key Level
Price must reject either:
Major support/resistance (H1 levels).
Trendline channel boundary (H4).
OR a key breakout level (for trend trades).
Break of Structure (BoS)
Price must break minor counter-trend structure on 1m.
For reversals: Break above minor highs (long) or below minor lows (short).
For trend trades: Confirm continuation by breaking a pullback structure.
Retracement Entry Rule
Wait for a pullback after the BoS.
No new HH (shorts) or new LL (longs) allowed during retracement for reversal trades.
RSI must still confirm momentum.
Trade Entry Execution
Open trades immediately on the CLOSE of the confirmation candle once all rules align.
4. Support, Resistance & Trendline Channels
H1 Support & Resistance
Auto-drawn using swing highs/lows.
Used for TP1 and TP2 targets.
H4 Trendline Channels
Auto-detected using 3+ touches on each side.
Used for:
TP3 placement (opposite end of the channel).
Bounce trading: The bot can also take bounce trades inside the channel when RSI confluence is present.
5. Trade Management
Entry
All trades entered on 1m candle close after full confluence.
Stop Loss (SL)
Initial SL: Placed just beyond last swing high/low (dynamic).
Smart SL Adjustments:
After TP1: All trades’ SL moved to breakeven.
After TP2: All SLs moved to TP1 level.
Optional Trailing SL: Can trail TP3 runner if enabled.
Take Profits (TPs)
The EA opens 3 simultaneous trades with same SL but different TP levels:
TP1: Nearest H1 support/resistance level.
TP2: Next H1 support/resistance level beyond TP1.
TP3: Opposite end of the H4 trend channel.
6. Risk Management
Lot Size Options:
Fixed lot or percentage of account per trade.
Daily Max Loss Protection:
Bot stops trading after reaching a predefined daily max loss or max drawdown.
7. Self-Learning AI Component
Trade Logging: Every trade is logged, including RSI confluence, session, and outcome.
Adaptive Optimization: Over time, the AI adjusts:
Best-performing RSI confluence combinations.
Optimal wick rejection size.
Best-performing sessions (Asian, London, NY).
Optimal SL-to-TP ratios.
Goal: Improve probability by favoring historically high win-rate conditions.
