Sniping EA - Semi Automated MT5 Break and Retest with Multi - Level of Confluence

I’m looking for an experienced MQL5 developer to help build a semi-automated trading EA for MetaTrader 5.
This EA will follow a Break and Retest strategy, triggered by manual key level placement and confirmation candle logic.

📌 Core Requirements:

• Manual activation via button ("Arm Sniper" logic)

• Candle breakout detection (1H TF)

• Confirmation candle detection (Pin Bar or Engulfing on M15/M30)

• No trade if key confluences are missing (S/R, zone, Fibonacci, pivot)

• Custom sound and pop-up alerts (entry, TP, SL, partial)

• Visual HUD overlay showing status and confirmations

• Strict trade filters (max 3 trades, session lockout, news block)

• 2% dynamic risk per trade, with compounding on weekly basis

• No counter-trades allowed / No Trade during Consolidation.

• Manual Input of High Impact News Date and Time

⚠️ Important:

This EA is not a simple indicator bot. It has multiple conditions, trade filters, object recognition logic, visual feedback, and user-defined elements.
You must be comfortable with:

• Candle condition scanning

• Object validation (e.g., detecting named trendlines, zones, rectangles, etc.)

• Risk/money management logic

• Chart overlays and UI elements (toggle buttons, messages, etc.)

• MT5 performance and stability
