EA to MT4

I need EA to MT4 that reads the buy/sell Arrow, Signal line, Take Profit 1 line and Stop Loss line from the indicator. I also need a simple panel to operate the EA with activation of the BUY/SELL/BE1/BE2/TS/CLA buttons(Close all) (I will attach the sketch in the specification). Assumptions: Ability to set % TP/SL/BE/TS and (point 10) between the signal line and the SL and TP line. It can be operated on several instruments at the same time and at different intervals. All % settings TP, SL, BE, TS  and not opening positions above some % level should be based on three Points: SIGNAL LINE  0% TARGET 100% STOP LOSS -100%. All settings should take into account the current spread and the current buy or sell price of the instrument.

I will explain more details in the specification if you need.

EA settings:

1. Position Size 0.01-1 Lot 

2. Automatically close the current position and open a new one at the opposite signal, true/false

 3. Automatically close the current position and open a new one after the signal in the same way, true/false

 4. Max trade 0-100 

5. Take Profit is set at 1-1000% where 100% is the Take Profit line given by the indicator and 0% is the Signal line (not the price of the trade)

6. Stop Loss set % -1-1000% where -100% is the Stop Loss line given by indicator and 0% is the Signal line (not the price of the trade)

7. Break Even 1. Setting 1 after how many % activates and the second setting to how many % of the position SL is transferred. 

8. Break Even 2. Setting 1 after how many % activates and the second setting for how many % of the position SL 

is transfers. 

9. Trailing Stop, Setting 1 after how many % of the position activates and setting 2 how many % SL follows the price 

10. Setting 1 activation true/false. Setting 2: Value %, if the price after the buy/sell arrow moves e.g. by minimum 50% through a long candle  (value to be set) from the signal line, the position is not open until it returns to the signal line, but if it reaches the Target TP line earlier and returns to the signal line, the position is not open and waits for the next signal.
