I am looking for an experienced MQL5 developer to provide a fast and reliable solution to a specific problem within an already developed multi-symbol Expert Advisor.

Context:

The EA uses separate .set files per symbol (e.g. EURUSD.set , GBPUSD.set ) to configure inputs like Lot Size, SL/TP, MinRange, etc.

Goal:

Implement a fully automated mechanism that:

  1. Loads the correct .set file for each symbol at runtime

  2. Works both in live trading and Strategy Tester mode

  3. Supports multi-symbol portfolio testing in the Strategy Tester with the appropriate per-symbol settings

Technical Requirements:

  • Automatically detect and load .set files based on symbol names

  • Ensure compatibility with both live mode and Strategy Tester

  • Maintain support for multiple symbols being traded and tested at once

  • May require updates to OnInit() and configuration logic for robustness

Ideal Candidate:

An MQL5 developer with proven experience in:

  • Multi-symbol trading systems

  • File operations and parameter loading

  • Strategy Tester integration and runtime adaptability
