Expert Advisor (EA) to Crypto Trading Bot Conversion Specialist


Project Overview:


I am looking for an experienced algorithmic trading developer to convert an existing MetaTrader Expert Advisor (EA) into a fully functional crypto trading bot. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in MQL4/MQL5, Python, and AI-driven trading models (preferably PyTorch-based Transformers).

The goal is to integrate the EA's strategies into a crypto trading bot that can analyze market trends, make trade decisions, and execute orders autonomously.

Responsibilities:

1. Convert MetaTrader EA to Crypto Trading Bot – Migrate trading logic and risk management rules.


2. Implement AI/ML Enhancements – Optimize strategy using a Transformer-based model for deep market analysis.


3. Develop API Integrations – Connect the bot to crypto exchanges (e.g., Binance, Bybit, KuCoin) using APIs.


4. Automate Trading Execution – Ensure seamless order placement, stop-loss, and take-profit settings.


5. Implement Backtesting & Optimization – Develop a robust backtesting framework to test performance on historical data.


6. Deploy Bot to Cloud (FastAPI preferred) – Set up a secure and scalable trading environment.


7. Risk Management & Monitoring – Implement features for monitoring, logging, and alerting in real-time.



Requirements:

Expertise in MQL4/MQL5, Python (preferably PyTorch for AI models)

Experience in developing crypto trading bots (Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, etc.)

Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management

Hands-on experience with API integration and real-time data processing

Knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, or Django for cloud deployment is a plus

Previous experience with machine learning models for trading is an advantage

Ability to write efficient, scalable, and well-documented code


Preferred Skills:

Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and TA-Lib for technical analysis

Understanding of WebSockets, REST APIs, and FIX protocol for real-time data feeds

Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for bot deployment

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
