Create script which can close MT4 terminal and open again

I need script for windows serwer - VPS FX , which can terminated terminals MT4 in each specified times, e.g. every 2 hours, or exact time of server

and start it again after that. 

My experts  in most busy European time stop working and must reload it from time to time to reload experts again
