Wanting to pay someone to create a fully automated trading bot based on OUTSIDE bar candle

Hi,

Thank you for your time. I am looking someone to create a fully automated algo to take trades especially on forex.

Please find below imp points to consider in building the code.

1. I need to take trades based on outside/inside bar strategy.

2. Once an outside/inside bar forms on 5 min time frame when the next candle crosses above/below the previous outside/inside bar trade should happens.  

3. Target/SL should be set at pips level. SL should be based on the outside/inside bar candle high/low. example if trade executed on outside bar candle high crossover my SL should be set at low of the outside bar candle and vice versa. Target should be min 5-6 pips . 

4. Algo should be triggered based fixed timing especially on my time setup. example it should taking trades between 2 pm EST to 5 pm EST.

5. few more additional parameters checks like if any trade signal happens then it needs to consider BUY signal it should be above vwap and 200 ema on 5 min TF and any SELL signal it should be below.
