I have a working Expert Advisor for MQL5.

My Problem is that it is extremely inefficient in terms of CPU and RAM ressources.

How it works:

It is a multi currency EA working with up to 30 FOREX pairs, with several Indicators for each.

Please consider that I am not a professional coder so there may be mistakes that are obvious to experienced programmers.

The code is commented well and sorted in an order that made sense to me.

I would like it to be more efficient for automated trading AND backtesting for optimization results.

Currently a backtest for one pair can take up to 4 minutes due to unknown reasons.

When putting it on a live chart for algo trading it takes up around 1gb of RAM.


There are also some functions, like at the bottom where the variables for the multi currency function, that are currently marked as comments
due to backtesting tests.

The optimization should be fast and efficient.
