RSI Alert Bot

Scope

I need an EA built that will send a custom notification to MT5 IOS when RSI value equal or higher/lower than the number set has been met and will mark it on the chart. It will run on a Virtual machine so you need experience or access to one for testing.

Needs to include the usual settings for RSI with the added function to draw an arrow or  * above or below the candle wick, select the size and colour of the arrow or *.

It has to be able to perform in these examples and run on multiple charts at the same time.

Scenario A

RSI 30 or less is reached on XAUUSD it will send me the custom notification and identify every candle with RSI 30 or less on the chart that has just closed recently with a yellow arrow or * above the wick.

RSI 70 or more is reached on BTCUSD it will send me the custom notification and identify every candle with RSI 70 or more that has just closed on the chart with a blue arrow or * below the wick.

Scenario B

RSI 30 or less is reached on XAUUSD for 3 candles in a row one after another, it will send me the custom notification and identify the 3 candles with RSI 30 or less on the chart that have just closed with a yellow arrow or * above the wick.

RSI 70 or more is reached on BTCUSD for 3 candles in a row one after another, it will send me the custom notification and identify the 3 candles with RSI 70 or more that have just closed with a blue arrow or * below the wick.

I used 3 in the example but that should be any number I choose.
