MT4 EA with automated buy and sell using 3 indicators [RSI,EMA and Trading Vol]

Hi. I will require a MT4 EA with 3 indcators for a specific time frame, certain parameters can be adjusted and should be able to automated trading.

1. RSI 2. EMA EA 3.Trading Volume . 4 & 5 digits can use
1.) 1 RSI . and 2 EMA ( cross over )
1.1.) All different timeframe can use ( adjustable ).
1.2.) Entry pricing will need to meet at least 2 out of 3 indicators levels.
1.3.) Each indicators can be adjusted. 
2.) initial lot.
3.) Buy only. ( On /Off button )
3.1.) Sell only. ( On /Off button )
4.) Max buy order.
4.1) Max sell order.
5.) Lot Multiple .( on 2nd trade. can multiple even 0.01 initial Lot . adjustable ) 
6.) Maximum Lot ( adjustable )
7.) magic no. 
8.) take profit ( default ).( Close all Profits )( on/off )
9.) stop loss ( default ).
10.) hidden take profit .( Close all Profits )( on/off )
11.) hidden stop loss.
12.) RSI upper Level. ( sell ) 
13.) RSI lower Level. ( buy ) 
14.) News filter ( High / Middle / Low ) 
14.1.) High ( on/off )
14.2.) Before and After ( time ... stop )
14.3.) Middle ( on/off )
14.4.) Before and After ( time ... stop )
14.5.) Low ( on/off )
14.6.) Before and After ( time ... stop )
15.) Distance point ( adjustable)
16.) Dashboard with Signal :
Buy or Sell for :Day ,4hr ,1hr ,30min ,15 min.
Example : Day = Buy
Example: 4 Hour = Sell
16.1.) Buy / Sell 
16.2.) Lot size input ...
Example: Click Buy ( input Lot size ) Click Sell 
17.) No repaint 
18.) Maximum Lot ( adjustable ) if he reach the lot size , 
will not increase lot but will still continue trigger if met the distance.
19.) 4 & 5 digits can use
20.) Additional Point ( any number can use , example including -5 or +5 )
( for Take Profit use )
