Looking for someone to develop an Expert Advisor for MT5

I need someone to develop an EA for MT5 to address the following issue:

I trade using Local Trade Copier and have had problems with several of my receiver accounts. Sometimes, these accounts do not open the same number of positions, or they open double positions.

So, I need an EA that can identify and show me which positions are not matching the positions opened on the master account (transmitter). Additionally, after identifying the discrepancy, the EA should send me an alert and automatically open or close the exact position to ensure alignment with the master account.

For instance, if the master account has 10 open positions and a receiver account has only 9, I would like the EA to indicate which specific position is missing on that account and then open it. Similarly, if a receiver account has an extra position, the EA should close it.

As for automatic position closing, it doesn't really matter if it's not profitable. What's important is that there are no discrepancies between the transmitter's and receiver's positions. That way, any duplicate positions can be closed right away.
