MQL5 EA Function to Calculate number of bars and the highest price between 2 points

Any one to assist with the function at a minimum fee (See the attached pics)

Point A- Fast EMA crosses Slow EMA

Point B- The highest price before the Ask price retreats back to Slow EMA.

Point C-Ask price touches/crosses below Slow EMA.

What is required is a function that will

• 1   Calculate the number of bars between Point A and Point C,
• 2.   After calculating the number of bars, compares  if # of Bars > 3 and # of Bars < 25.
• 3   If point 2 above is satisfied, then get the highest price between point C and point A i.e. point B
• 4   Calculate the difference between Ask Price and the Highest Price B.

All these have to happen only if Fast EMA is greater than Slow EMA. You can use Fast EMA at 21 and Slow EMA at 50 but it should allow for different time setting. The function is to be integrated into a code that is being developed. I am still at a learning stage and battling with this function and need to get over it and get it done.

Please let me know how much you will charge and how long it will take. I will need test results to be sure if it is working.
