I need an EA that limits the maximum number of open positions

I need an EA that limits the maximum number of open positions so that no more pending order can be filled once that maximum number of open positions is reached.

- The maximum number of open positions must be a variable that I can define in the EA settings. Default value should be 2.

- I always have a number of pending orders (limit and/or stop orders). Once the maximum number of open positions is reached, the remaining unfilled pending orders should be cancelled.

- It should make no difference whether the open position was placed via EA or manually. The Ea always counts the maximum number of all open positions, regardless of how they were placed.

- The EA needs to work for Forex CFDs (EURUSD, GBPUSD, ...), indices (US500...) and commodities (XAGUSD, XAUUSD...).

- I need the EA to run in MT4.
