Create Remote Control For Expert Advisor via Google Sheets

I want to be able to remotely control the inputs of an Expert Advisor via Google Sheets.

The Expert must search for the Account Number on the Google Sheet, and use the adjacent cells of that row to inform parameters of the Expert Advisor.

Google Sheets is my preferred database, but I am open to alternatives.

The deadline is firm.

Functional Requirements:

1. The EA must source its parameters from the defined Google Sheet/database.

2. The solution must be scalable and able to support thousands of clients. I have run into issues with solutions in the past where the search area was constrained to the first 10-100 cells. This must be accounted for and solved.
